At the joint council meeting, it was decided that VBS will be held as it has been scheduled for the first full week in August.  It was felt that with our experienced staff, this would work even though there will be a transition of pastors.  Therefore, there will be a  VBS Organizational meeting on June 6, 2011 at 6:30 PM in the parsonage meeting room.  As August 7th will be the first Sunday for our new pastor to conduct a worship service, it was determined that for this year the joint annual picnic will not be held.
